Privacy Policy for LeadDime LLC
Effective date: October 5, 2025
Last updated: October 25, 2025

  1. About LeadDime LLC
LeadDime LLC (“LeadDime,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates an online marketplace where verified sellers list leads and qualified buyers bid to purchase them. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard personal information when you access or use our website, platform, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

By using the Services, you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

  1. Scope and Roles
  • Controller vs. processor:
    • We act as an independent controller for personal information we collect about our users and visitors (e.g., account holders, buyers, sellers).
    • For lead data that sellers upload or transmit to the marketplace for auction or distribution, we generally act as a processor/service provider on behalf of the seller (and, when transferred, on behalf of the buyer) and process that data under our agreements with them.
  • This Policy applies to:
    • Visitors to our site
    • Registered users (lead sellers and lead buyers)
    • Individuals whose data may appear in leads handled on the platform (see Section 10 and 13 for rights and requests in that context)
  1. Information We Collect
    A) Information you provide
  • Account and profile data: name, company, title, email, phone, password or SSO identifiers, preferences.
  • Business verification/KYC: government ID, business licenses, tax IDs, documentation for anti-fraud checks. We only request this when necessary to verify marketplace participants.
  • Payment and billing: billing address, tax info. Payment card data is collected and processed by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers.
  • Communications: inquiries, support tickets, chat messages, emails; we may record calls with notice for support and compliance.
  • Marketing preferences: subscription status, opt-in/opt-out choices.
  • Lead content (from sellers): contact records and associated attributes about consumers or businesses, including identifiers (e.g., name, email, phone), commercial interests, timestamps of consent, source URLs, and other metadata. Sellers are responsible for ensuring appropriate disclosures and consents.

B) Information collected automatically

  • Device and usage data: IP address, device identifiers, browser type, operating system, language, referring pages, pages visited, timestamps, clickstream, auction interactions, bid amounts and outcomes, and performance metrics.
  • Cookies and similar technologies: cookies, pixels, local storage, SDKs used for authentication, session management, analytics, fraud prevention, and marketing.

C) Information from third parties

  • Identity, fraud, and KYC vendors
  • Payment processors
  • Security and abuse prevention providers
  • Analytics and advertising partners
  • Public or commercial data sources to enrich and validate business information

D) Sensitive information
We do not seek to collect sensitive personal information unless necessary for verification or fraud prevention (e.g., limited KYC details). Sellers are prohibited from uploading sensitive categories (such as health, biometric, precise geolocation, financial account numbers, or government IDs) in leads unless expressly permitted by law and by our terms, with documented consent.

  1. How We Use Information
  • Provide and operate the marketplace: account creation, authentication, enabling lead listings, auctions, bidding, fulfillment, and payments.
  • Facilitate transactions: share necessary lead data between sellers and buyers as part of the auction lifecycle, per applicable contracts.
  • Trust and safety: detect, prevent, and investigate fraud, spam, abuse, security incidents, invalid traffic, and violations of our terms; verify identities; assess risk.
  • Improve and develop the Services: analytics, research, product improvements, training models for de-duplication, scoring, and quality assurance.
  • Communications: service messages, transactional emails, administrative notices, and—with your consent or as permitted—marketing communications.
  • Legal and compliance: enforce agreements; comply with laws and industry standards (including telemarketing rules such as TCPA where applicable, do-not-call obligations, and recordkeeping).
  • Automated decision-making and profiling: score leads and accounts for quality, reputation, and risk; prioritize or flag activities for review. You may have rights to request human review where applicable by law (see Section 10).
  1. Legal Bases (EEA/UK/Switzerland)
Where required, we process personal information on these bases:
  • Contract: to provide Services you request.
  • Legitimate interests: to secure our platform, prevent fraud, analyze and improve Services, and market similar services to existing customers.
  • Consent: for certain marketing, cookies, and processing of sensitive data (if any).
  • Legal obligations: tax, accounting, law enforcement requests, regulatory compliance.
  1. Cookies and Tracking
  • Types: strictly necessary (authentication, security), functional, analytics, advertising/retargeting, and anti-fraud.
  • Choices: you can manage preferences via our cookie banner and browser settings. Some features may not function without certain cookies.
  • Do Not Track: we currently do not respond to all DNT signals. Where legally required, we honor recognized opt-out preference signals (e.g., Global Privacy Control) for “sale”/“sharing” opt-outs (see Section 11).

  • With service providers and processors who help operate our Services (hosting, cloud, storage, security, analytics, payments, communications, KYC, customer support). They are bound by contracts to process data only on our instructions.
  • With partners, at your direction or with your consent.
  • For legal, compliance, and safety: to comply with law, legal process, or enforceable governmental requests; to enforce our terms; to protect rights, safety, and property of users, the public, and LeadDime.
  • Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets. We will notify you of any material changes to data handling.
  1. International Transfers
